Starting Off....

After your order has been received, we will contact you and give you instructions on how to proceed. We will ask you to return to our site and fill out some general information about you and your company. We will also ask you to select a website hosting package from any website hosting company of your choice (Sundiata Services is not a website hosting company) and register a domain or Sub-domain  account as the case may be. If you haven't already registered, let us do it for you, it will save you a lot time and aggravation (Sundiata Services can help you register a Domain or Sub-domain name from  any of our affiliate website hosting companies with a little commission). Much thought must be put into choosing a domain name before registering, and we will help you through this process of selecting a Domain name for your Company/Organization. If you have any doubt about which domain name you should request, please be sure to let us know so we can help you with this decision. Once a domain name has been chosen, we will register your Domain Name and add it to our website design list. We will then contact you via E-mail to inform you of the progress made on your website and ask for basic information about your company's products or services. Within 48 hours after your website has been added to our servers, your website will appear on the Internet with a "Coming Soon" Title. This will let any visitors know that your website is being developed.

The Design....

We will then begin to design and upload contents into your website so that you can view the progress being made. We start by using the website template design of your choice ("In-stock") to start up the development of your website, then adding text and other details as the design work continues. You will need to provide any special text, logos, and pictures to be used on your Website. If you do not have any images, but have an idea of what you want, we will search for your images at no additional charge. This is done with "In-stock" images only. We cannot guarantee that we will find the exact image you want, but we will try. We will also scan images that you may have at no additional charge (depending on the package you purchased). Any custom graphics or custom logos you request to be designed will have additional charges. Please ask about rates.

We ask that you be active in the process and notify us of any concerns or corrections needed as they are noticed. Phone support is available if you wish to speak with the designer working on your site.

Timing....

In almost all cases, we are able to register your domain name, add it to our website design list for immediate attention, and have your site appear on the Internet with 48 hours or less. Even though we expedite all work on your website, there is no set time table for completion, as we will work on the website design until you are 100% satisfied! After completion of the site, any changes you request be done to your website will be billed to your account.

Charges....

As with all websites, there is a static fee for your website. The fee starts from =N=4,650:00 (the lowest in the industry). Website design is similar to building a house on the Internet. We provide a premium website design service with the best "Up time" on the Internet! Don't be fooled by "Cheap Website Design Services." This is where you will certainly get what you pay for.... Cheap website design is like driving a plane on an empty tank of fuel... It's just a matter of time before you go down, and it guaranteed to hurt when it does!

Any unpaid balances remaining after 30 days, will automatically cancel your service with Sundiata Services unless prior arrangements have been made.
